📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of field representatives responsible for collecting HCP (Healthcare Professional) consent. • Monitor and drive team performance to ensure KPIs and targets are achieved; assign territories and targets. • Recruit field representatives and conduct coaching, performance reviews, and skill development. • Perform regular field visits and audits to support reps, identify engagement strategies, and address barriers (e.g., clinic gatekeepers). • Design and implement consent collection plans; explore digital and event-based consent methods beyond face-to-face outreach. • Identify operational roadblocks and develop solutions to improve speed, efficiency, and success rates of HCP consent collection.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a medical sales representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel for field visits and audits. • Proactive, performance-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • (Nice to have) Previous experience leading a team of medical reps or field agents. • (Nice to have) Familiarity with pharma compliance and consent practices.
