📋 Description
• Identify top talent, build and scale high performing teams • Mentor new sales talent and support skill development through the program • Leverage data and metrics to drive insight, make intelligent personnel decisions and take action quickly • Coach, mentor and support SDRs and AAPs in their efforts to generate demand and qualify leads to build pipeline opportunities for the sales team • Collaborate with Sales leaders on business needs, sourcing exceptional talent, onboarding and developing the SDP team
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of professional experience with a background in Sales with at least 2 years leading Inside Sales/Sales Development Program • Experience mentoring new sales talent and support skill development through a program • Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insight and make intelligent personnel decisions • Experience within SaaS • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
