• Support the execution of strategic sales plans to help drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in your territory. • Learn and promote VEGA’s complete line of industrial sensor products and solutions. • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outreach and research. • Develop strong customer relationships by applying VEGA’s IMPACT sales process and becoming a reliable point of contact. • Attend sales visits, product demos, and meetings with experienced sales staff to gain hands-on experience. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using VEGA’s CRM system (TopVis). • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with basic issue resolution to ensure customers receive an outstanding VEGA Experience. • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to provide well-rounded solutions to customer challenges. • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve customer needs. • Participate in team huddles and contribute to continuous improvement discussions. • Drive 16 Quality Sales Visits each week based on phone and in person prospecting.
• High School Diploma; • OR One (1) to Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent • Spanish language fluency preferred
