📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for behavioral health practices • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) management and insurance follow-ups • Perform accurate payment posting (ERA/EOB) • Submit, track, and reconcile insurance claims • Investigate denials and process appeals to maximize reimbursement • Verify patient insurance eligibility and behavioral health benefits • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim resolution and authorization requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Biller in a U.S. healthcare setting (behavioral health experience preferred) • Strong background in RCM, AR follow-ups, and payment posting • Familiarity with behavioral health billing, including CPT/ICD coding basics • Experience with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written • High attention to detail and accuracy • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Availability to work during Central Time business hours
