📋 Description

• Support a neurology practice remotely as a Medical Virtual Assistant • Handle prior authorization coordination • Provide virtual medical administration support • Perform healthcare administrative tasks, including insurance verification and claims-related work • Communicate professionally by phone and in writing • Maintain organization, multitask, and follow up on tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Medical billing, medical receptionist, or healthcare VA experience preferred • Experience with prior authorizations, insurance verification, and claims is a plus • Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette • Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems is an advantage • Reliable computer and internet connection • Willingness to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop
