• Identificar, desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades de negocio con clientes nuevos y existentes en el territorio asignado • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas: prospección, calificación, desarrollo de soluciones, negociación, cierre y seguimiento postventa • Promover y vender soluciones de proceso (equipos, refacciones, servicios y proyectos especiales) • Mantener y fortalecer relaciones comerciales de largo plazo con clientes del mercado vertical asignado • Detectar proyectos de alto potencial e incorporarlos activamente al pipeline • Gestionar oportunidades y pipeline mediante CRM • Coordinar proactivamente con equipos internos (Marketing, Servicio, Operaciones, Supply Chain) • Cumplir objetivos de ventas, órdenes, margen y actividad comercial • Mantener una alta actividad comercial en campo, generando visitas, leads y oportunidades de negocio de manera continua
• Ingeniería Química, Instrumentación, Mecánica o carrera afín • Experiencia en ventas técnicas B2B, idealmente en soluciones industriales o de proceso • Sólida experiencia en prospección y desarrollo de oportunidades • Experiencia gestionando clientes finales y desarrollando cuentas • Conocimiento/experiencia en instrumentación analítica aplicada a mediciones de calidad de agua en línea • Manejo de CRM (Salesforce ideal; se considera experiencia en otros CRMs) • Inglés técnico o avanzado
