📋 Description

• Lead the full commercial cycle—from lead generation to deal closure • Execute our sales strategy through a strong partner ecosystem • Responsible for expanding Wingtra’s presence in key markets such as Mexico and Costa Rica • Build strong relationships with end customers • Identify new growth opportunities • Support direct sales efforts in collaboration with our dealers • Gather and share customer use cases and market feedback to contribute to Wingtra’s ongoing strategic development • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and activity tracking in our CRM system (HubSpot)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (6+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience • The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners • Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities • Experience providing solutions based on customer needs • Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools • Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Spanish • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
