📋 Description

• Research and prospect for potential customers; develop new accounts from leads and prospecting efforts • Promote and sell Pace Packaging equipment, and help establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base; develop, maintain, and execute a Regional Account Plan • Prepare and present sales proposals and solutions • Partner with the Pace Packaging Sales Director to determine needs and priorities in the region; collaborate with marketing team to drive identified efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service capacity • 2 or 4 year technical degree or certification in engineering or similar field preferred • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is preferred but not required • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment • Advanced interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to travel up to 80%
