• Develop and execute strategic leisure sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals. • Identify and drive new business opportunities across leisure segments, including FIT, wholesale, consortia, and tour operators. • Analyze market trends, competitive data, and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize results. • Ensure alignment of property-level strategies with regional and corporate commercial priorities. • Serve as a mentor and strategic partner to the on-property Director of Sales, ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s commercial strategies. • Provide coaching and guidance to strengthen leadership capability, decision-making, and execution. • Foster a collaborative, high-performing sales culture. • Partner closely with Revenue Management to align pricing, inventory, and demand strategies to maximize total hotel revenue. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key leisure accounts and industry partners. • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the leisure segment.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within hospitality and leisure segments. • Demonstrated experience mentoring or supporting senior sales leaders (e.g., Director of Sales level). • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and hotel distribution channels. • Experience preparing and supporting ownership presentations preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
