📋 Description

• Own production support end-to-end for Finance systems, resolving tickets and maintaining tight response times and durable resolutions • Administer and troubleshoot NetSuite, Zip, Stripe, Ramp, Navan, and related finance tools • Handle user provisioning, access requests, and complex cross-system incident troubleshooting • Become the subject matter expert on Serval, configuring and tuning the AI-powered ticketing platform • Identify opportunities for Serval to automate more of the support workload • Design and build AI agents and internal tools for Finance Transformation workflows • Reimagine the project intake process so stakeholders can submit and track requests seamlessly • Maintain financial systems controls, including role-based access, segregation of duties, change management, documentation, and SOX/audit support • Support systems-related month-end close troubleshooting and operational readiness • Coordinate with vendors, IT, and Security on cross-system or integration issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial systems administration and support • Deep hands-on experience in NetSuite administration • Ability to own a shared ticket queue and manage concurrent systems and stakeholders • Hands-on experience using AI tooling to build practical solutions or automate workflows • Solid understanding of finance processes, especially procure-to-pay (P2P) and record-to-report (R2R) • Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues, identify root causes, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and investigate edge cases • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Availability to work 9:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m. IST, with extended PST-aligned hours during month-end close • NetSuite certifications, SuiteScript, and workflow customization experience are advantageous • Experience with private companies operating to public-company standards is advantageous • Familiarity with finance-system integrations and data flows is advantageous • Ability to read and write basic SQL queries is advantageous
