🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio Strategy and Governance • Strategic Roadmap Management: Aligning programs and product/technology initiatives with the company’s OKRs. • Schedule and Dependency Governance: Managing risks and mitigating bottlenecks in complex environments. • Strategic Alignment: Managing boards to ensure strategy cascades into technical execution. • Stakeholder Management: Executive reporting of status, risks, impediments, and delivery milestones. • Operational Excellence and Metrics • Performance Management: Analysis of lead time, cycle time, throughput, and CFD (Cumulative Flow Diagram) to optimize flow. • Tactical PDCA: Implementing continuous improvement cycles based on efficiency and effectiveness data. • Agility and Process Quality • Facilitation of Scaling Ceremonies: Running kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), discovery sessions, and delivery syncs. • Agile Maturity: Conducting assessments (maturity radar) and translating results into evolutionary action plans. • Work Methods Assurance: Ensuring teams follow the methods and frameworks defined and aligned by the Bank.
