📋 Description

• Align product and technology programs and initiatives to the company's OKRs • Manage strategic roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, risks and bottlenecks • Manage boards to connect strategy to technical execution • Report status, risks, impediments and delivery milestones to executive stakeholders • Analyze Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput and CFD to optimize flow • Implement tactical continuous-improvement cycles based on data • Facilitate Kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), Discovery and Delivery Syncs • Apply agile maturity assessments and create evolutionary action plans • Ensure teams follow the methods and frameworks defined and aligned by the Bank

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in portfolio strategy and governance • Management of strategic roadmaps aligned to company OKRs • Governance of schedules, dependencies, risks and mitigation of bottlenecks in complex structures • Management of boards and the connection between strategy and technical execution • Stakeholder management and executive reporting of status, risks, impediments and delivery milestones • Knowledge of Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput and CFD • Implementation of tactical PDCA and data-driven continuous improvement • Facilitation of Kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), Discovery and Delivery Syncs • Application of agile maturity assessments and development of evolutionary action plans • Knowledge of and assurance that teams apply the methods and frameworks defined and aligned by the Bank
