📋 Description

• Realizar atendimento aos técnicos de campo responsáveis por manutenção, instalação e intervenções em sites de telecomunicações • Validar informações relacionadas às solicitações de acesso • Fornecer códigos e orientações necessárias para acesso aos sites • Registrar e atualizar atendimentos nos sistemas internos • Acompanhar solicitações e demandas da operação • Apoiar técnicos durante o processo de acesso aos locais • Realizar controles e registros administrativos da operação • Organizar informações e documentos relacionados aos atendimentos • Apoiar nas demais atividades administrativas da área • Seguir procedimentos e protocolos estabelecidos para a operação

🎯 Requirements

• Ensino Médio • Experiência/atuação em atendimento e suporte a técnicos de campo • Conhecimento para validar informações de solicitações de acesso • Capacidade de registrar e atualizar atendimentos em sistemas internos • Português • Disponibilidade para atuar das 17:00 às 23h20 • Trabalho em Home Office • Contratação CLT
