📋 Description

• Provide legal advice on the structuring, formation, registration and monitoring of investment funds, with a focus on FIIs (Real Estate Investment Funds) and FIPs (Private Equity Funds). • Draft and review legal documents. • Support public offerings. • Assist with due diligence processes. • Interact with clients and partners. • Ensure regulatory compliance of transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Minimum of 3 years' experience with investment funds, preferably FIIs and FIPs. • Knowledge of CVM and ANBIMA rules, with strong command of CVM Resolution 175 (General Part and Normative Annexes III — FII and IV — FIP). • Advanced English (reading, writing and speaking) — desirable • Experience with cross-border transactions and governance of portfolio companies — desirable • Knowledge of LGPD and compliance/anti-corruption frameworks — desirable
