📋 Description

• Receive and organize documentation from subcontracting companies and their workers • Review documentation in accordance with the checklists and requirements defined by the Client • Validate the documentation required for the mobilization of companies and workers before work begins at the project site • Validate the monthly labor and social security documentation of suppliers who have already been mobilized • Verify the validity, integrity, signatures, compatibility, and applicability of submitted documents • Identify missing, expired, incomplete, or inconsistent documents • Classify and track outstanding documentation by company, project site, and worker • Request that suppliers correct or supplement outstanding documents • Monitor deadlines for resolving outstanding documentation • Keep the documentation status tracking system for third parties up to date • Support the release and continued authorization of mobilized workers, subject to compliance with documentation requirements • Monitor documents with periodic validity to prevent expiration while the worker or company remains at the project site • Record and report documentation nonconformities to the Client • Support the preparation of documentation tracking reports and compliance indicators • Respond to requests from the Client for additional documentation, when applicable • Ensure that suppliers and workers have submitted, valid, reviewed, and properly controlled documentation, reducing the risk of labor, social security, contractual, and QHSE nonconformities related to third-party documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field • Previous experience validating mobilization documentation for construction projects is preferred • Experience with company documentation, worker documentation, and monthly documentation is preferred
