• Minimum 7 years’ insight experience (client or agency side), aligned with Associate Director/ Director level • Proven track record of growing client accounts within insight / consultancy • Strong commercial instincts — balancing client needs with revenue growth • A clear, compelling communicator who can cut through complexity • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing direction • Experience framing opportunities into commercially robust proposals • Entrepreneurial, curious, and resilient who thrives in fast-moving environments • A strong existing network within and/or across sectors • Experience scaling local and/or global programmes • Strong interest with AI-driven insight solutions
