📋 Description

• Gather, analyze and document functional requirements together with engineering, estimating and CapEx management teams. • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for the backlog prioritized by the Product Owner. • Map and detail business flows related to the management of activity codes, quantities and unit rates in the FEL2 and FEL3 phases. • Support functional validation of integrations with 3D engineering models and BIM platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC), ensuring that extracted quantities comply with business rules. • Perform functional acceptance testing (UAT) for squad deliveries. • Document business rules, functional flows and user support materials. • Provide functional support for the solution’s operation and business users. • Participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective and continuous backlog refinement).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields. • Experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering in agile projects. • Knowledge of CAPEX estimating processes, activity codes, quantities and unit rates. • Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). • Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders. • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts and 3D engineering models. • Knowledge of BIM model management platforms, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). • Previous experience in capital (CAPEX) projects in industries such as oil & gas, mining or energy. • Knowledge of the PPM Ecosys system or similar portfolio management tools.
