📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and develop the data squad • Serve as the bridge between the data squad and other departments • Define and prioritize the data roadmap • Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability • Develop the team and provide strategic support to other areas of VExpenses

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to work 40 hours per week • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field • Previous experience as a technical leader/tech lead of data teams • Experience managing technical priorities and communicating with non-technical stakeholders • Strong experience in data engineering • Hands-on experience with data science/analytics • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, along with orchestration tools • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehouses/data lakes (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.) • Knowledge of data governance and quality best practices (data quality, cataloging, LGPD) • Preferred: experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Metabase) • Preferred: knowledge of AI
