📋 Description

• Lead the discovery, prioritization and delivery of initiatives to address the pain points faced by our customers in their expense-management role; • Translate requests from internal teams (Finance, Customer Success, Sales) and from customers into product solutions, balancing urgency with the long-term sustainability of the roadmap; • Collaborate with the engineering Squad Lead and design to reduce context switching and increase the predictability of deliveries; • Monitor lead time, discovery duration and perceived value of deliverables; • Communicate product changes clearly and in advance to internal stakeholders and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Availability to work 40 hours per week; • Previous experience in the technology area, such as Business Analyst, Project Analyst or Product Manager; • Strong analytical ability to extract insights from data, interactions and user behavior, defining priorities in scenarios with multiple requests; • Technical and functional understanding to work alongside multidisciplinary squads; • Clear written and verbal communication to document requirements, business rules and align technical and business teams; • Comfort with ambiguity, scope changes and dynamic environments; • Proactivity and a strong get-things-done attitude; • Prior experience as a Product Manager with a track record of conducting discovery and delivering product initiatives; • Experience with SaaS or B2B/B2B2C products; • Experience with financial products, administrative management or back-office solutions; • Experience with integrations (ERP, APIs) and security/regulatory topics; • Interest in or practical experience using AI applied to the product process.
