• Ensure timely responses to employee queries through our ticketing system (PeopleDoc) • Support employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding • Partner with the payroll team to resolve payroll-related queries • Escalate benefits-related queries to the Benefits team • Work closely with the HRIS team, escalating system issues promptly • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements • Support HR operational audits by reviewing data and helping ensure compliance
• Bachelor's degree • 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations • Advanced English is required; Portuguese is a plus • Experience with Workday is desirable • Experience working with HR helpdesk/service desk models • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
