• Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with assigned accounts. • Oversee brand execution and standards within the market, including product distribution, positioning, pricing, feature sets, and promotional opportunities. • Deliver persuasive, fact-based sales presentations to introduce new products and drive existing product performance. • Achieve and exceed annual territory goals, including revenue, distribution, and budget management targets. • Collaborate closely with the Field Sales Manager to meet established distribution and sales objectives. • Uphold the company’s standards of excellence and service, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
• Minimum 2+ years of progressive sales experience (experience in CPG, retail (grocery), C&G, and/or experience in the beverage alcohol industry are assets) • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver impactful presentations • Organized with proven ability to multitask & manage time and priorities effectively • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales environment • Able to work well independently and in a team • Great Computer skills including MS Office • Legally able to sell alcohol beverages • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record. • Exclusive access to a vehicle
• Monthly automobile allowance starting at $1100/month • Annual Performance bonus • Cell phone allowance of $40/month • Fixed schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
