• Increase the number of points of sale within the assigned territory spanning the greater Medicine Hat and Lethbridge area. • Work closely with the supervisor to meet sales goals and targets • Ensure in-store activities support and reflect ongoing sales promotions • Ensure in-store execution aligns with the proposed plan (promotional calendar, agreements, floor space, planogram, etc.) • Participate in merchandising plans • Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) equipment in stores • Manage own territory and customer meetings • Establish positive relationships with customers • Complete daily reports via the mobile app
• Exclusive access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license • Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets • Ability to submit daily reports • Exclusive access to a smartphone—using an app in the work process is required • Must be tech-savvy and able to perform digital tasks easily through the app, which includes reports after each shift • Exclusive access to a computer and an internet connection
• Monthly automobile allowance starting at $500/month • Annual performance bonus of up to $850 • Cell phone allowance of $20/month provided • Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 hours/week
