• Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the District • Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality • Champion brand DNA across stores ensuring strong visual identity, product storytelling, and elevated customer experience • Manage and lead the opening of new store and hiring store talents • Monitor customer metrics and drive improvement plans across district • Collaborate with central retail operations to drive business and execute brand strategy
• Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable position • Proven record of achieving commercial and operational results • Ideally already have experience in managing several stores • Strong people leader with demonstrated coaching and development skills • Data-driven decision maker with strong business acumen and planning capability • Fluent in English and German • Residence within the assigned area • Frequent travel (approximately 80 % or more including air and overnight travel)
