• Run remote back-office support to ensure client satisfaction • Lead and manage client accounts and interactions; represent Victory Staffing Virtual Assistants professionally • Manage email by prioritizing and filtering messages and ensuring timely responses • Manage complex schedules with proactive calendar coordination and reminders • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, or events; prepare presentations and materials • Conduct project research when necessary and maintain updated CRMs • Analyze CRM trends and identify insights for decision making • Effectively manage tasks, projects, and deadlines to meet client expectations • Maintain open communication with clients, external stakeholders, and the Victory Staffing team • Collaborate with others to accomplish tasks and complete projects • Handle other administrative support tasks as requested; address challenges and problem-solve without compromising quality
• Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States • Must be located in the US only • At least 2 years of the demonstrated experience outlined above • At least 2 years of experience working full-time in a virtual role • Available at least 20 hours per week to support high-touch, deliverable-focused clients • Self-motivated and self-disciplined; able to act as a trusted advisor to clients • Knowledge of various scheduling, project management, and CRM technologies • Experience and confidence coordinating large-scale webinars (scheduling, facilitating, breakout rooms, troubleshooting) • Experience making travel arrangements and handling last minute changes • Experience with high-volume email inboxes and calendar management • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Calendly, Slack, and Project Management Tools • Strong communication skills and ability to draft or edit all forms of correspondence • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
