📋 Description

‱ Map and prioritize accounts based on the ICP, using market data, triggers, and commercial intelligence ‱ Build multichannel cadences (phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) focused on personalization and efficiency ‱ Qualify opportunities consultatively, understanding pain points, timing, and fit with the solution ‱ Maintain active relationships with leads until the meeting is scheduled with the sales executive ‱ Collaborate with Commercial Intelligence to optimize lists, campaigns, and ICPs ‱ Use the CRM strategically, ensuring clean, up-to-date data and conversion insights ‱ Monitor performance indicators (response rate, conversion to meetings, show rate, win rate) and propose continuous improvements ‱ Test new messaging, channels, and engagement triggers to increase conversion rates ‱ Manage your own prospecting funnel from 0 to handoff, ensuring predictability.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Previous experience in outbound prospecting or B2B sales, focused on lead/opportunity generation ‱ Proficiency with cadence automation tools, CRM, and commercial intelligence platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Cortex, Ramper, etc.) ‱ Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on consultative and personalized conversations ‱ Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline, prioritizing contacts, and maintaining consistent cadences ‱ Knowledge of qualification and discovery methodologies such as BANT, GPCT, or SPIN Selling ‱ Analytical, results-oriented mindset, with a focus on funnel efficiency and predictability ‱ Experience working in fintechs, payments, SaaS, or technology companies.
