📋 Description

• Act as Asaas's spokesperson to leads, partners, and customers, representing the company's image and values in the market • Conduct consultative sales, guiding customers to the best solution for their business • Build relationships and develop a deep understanding of customers' operations to propose the most appropriate solution • Seek a balanced partnership between Asaas and the client, meeting the client's needs while closing transactions with healthy liquidity and margins • Understand the payments market and its regulations, advising the client and working to prevent fraud • Deliver consistent results against agreed commercial targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in payments/fintech/SaaS • Knowledge of the payments market and its regulations • Analytical mindset to reconcile customer needs with healthy financial margins of operations • Experience with active customer prospecting (outbound and/or inbound) • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields)
