📋 Description

• Support our customers on all matters related to the IT systems operated by us • Installation, operation and maintenance of server systems, including appropriate documentation • Implementing adjustments to operating systems and application software • Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues in direct contact with users (1st and 2nd level support) • Administration of virtual Windows servers and the VMware platform, for example

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik) or an equivalent qualification • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems and hardware, e.g. servers, storage, backup, switches, routers • Desirable: experience in project work and in a systems integrator/service provider environment • Service-oriented, team player, independent, structured and proactive working style • Valid driving licence (class B) • Fluent German and good English skills
