📋 Description

• Acting as the governance function for the project organization • Further development of the existing review process • Selection and implementation of a project management software • Contributing to the further development of existing project management standards • Organizing and conducting training • Establishing standards for project audits and health checks as well as internal reporting • Validating project metrics against budgets, schedules and other contractual obligations • Developing and tracking action plans with the business units • Ensuring compliance with defined processes for project reviews • Acting as a partner to project managers and project controllers on projects with special requirements

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (industrial engineering, business administration) or equivalent • Preferably professional experience in project management • Certification in PRINCE2, GPM, PMI/PMP or ITIL desirable • Experience in contract management and claims management desirable • Excellent written and spoken German • Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP) • Knowledge of project planning software such as MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Polarion, etc. desirable
