📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the governance function of the project organization • Further develop the existing review process • Select and implement a project management software • Contribute to the ongoing development of existing Project Management standards • Organize and conduct training sessions • Establish standards for project audits and health checks as well as an internal reporting system • Validate project metrics against budgets, schedules and other contractual obligations • Develop and follow up on action plans with the business units • Ensure compliance with defined processes for project reviews • Act as a partner to project managers and project controllers on projects with special requirements

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering or Business Administration) or equivalent qualification • Ideally relevant professional experience • Experience in project management • Certification in common project management standards (e.g., PRINCE, GPM, PMI, PMP or ITIL) desirable • Experience in contract management and claims management desirable • Excellent written and spoken German • Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP) • Knowledge of project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Polarion) desirable • Independent, goal- and results-oriented, and structured working style
