📋 Description

• Acquisition and handling of projects in the areas of heating, cooling, acoustic and fire protection • Responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams • Technical consulting of our clients in the process industry and building services engineering • Sourcing and procurement of tenders • Cost estimation and preparation of proposals • Preparation of specifications and planning documents • Ensuring compliance with all technical, schedule and economic objectives • Preparation of measurements and documentation • Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontracted services • Project monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician • Competence/experience in project management of construction projects, including project controlling, desirable • Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge advantageous • Strong cost awareness and affinity for sales • Confident appearance as well as strong communication skills and eloquence in customer interactions • Independent, reliable working style and proven problem-solving ability • Outgoing, open personality with a strong team spirit
