📋 Description

• Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for an experienced Hemp/CBD Category Manager or Retail Sales Account Executive in the St. Louis, Missouri, area to help drive sales for a fast-moving start-up in the Cannabis industry. • You will use your existing CBD/hemp store book of business or your retail channel sales experience, combined with trade/channel marketing experience, to grow the number of retailers carrying the product in your territory, while growing sales volume at existing stores. • If you have proven success in driving growth in CBD companies, have an existing book of business /experience selling CBD products into a variety of channels, are great at establishing credibility & rapport with clients, and building professional relationships, then this could be the right role for you.

🎯 Requirements

• You must have experience selling into one of the following: cannabis dispensaries, food distributors, CBD/Hemp stores, or Natural Food/Pet Stores. • If you have experience successfully selling CBD based products into grocery, convenience, or drug channels; this experience is preferred. • You're known for your exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close sales using your proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. • This position will also require travel and you should have regular access to a reliable vehicle / be close to a major airport.
