📋 Description

• Prospect and identify qualified business owners across multiple industries. • Initiate conversations through phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other communication channels. • Build authentic relationships with prospective clients. • Consistently generate new business opportunities. • Qualify prospects through professional discovery conversations. • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team. • Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations or no-shows. • Maintain detailed notes and activity inside our CRM. • Execute consistent follow-up with prospective clients. • Build long-term relationships through regular communication. • Stay top of mind with prospects until they are ready to move forward. • Ensure every opportunity receives timely and professional follow-up. • Maintain an organized sales pipeline. • Track outreach activities and follow-up tasks. • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date. • Collaborate closely with leadership to maximize conversion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional spoken and written English. • Professional communication skills with a neutral or easily understood accent. • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Comfortable speaking with executives and business owners. • Reliable high-speed internet. • Quiet home office with professional webcam and headset. • Available to work during U.S. business hours. • Business development experience (preferred). • Appointment setting experience (preferred). • Sales experience (preferred). • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) (preferred). • Experience working remotely (preferred). • Familiarity with home service businesses is a plus (preferred).
