• Our fast-growing Revenue Team is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Rep (BDR) to lead and grow our sales efforts in the federal market segment. BDRs are inside, phone/video call based, customer-facing sales roles that prospect and close business while working closely with their Account Executives to develop a strategic sales plan and outreach strategy.
• The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of how the government operates, including procurement policies and procedures, and experience working with federal agencies and contractors.

Business Development Representative - Federal

• Lead and grow sales efforts in the federal market segment as Business Development Executive (BDE)
• Prospect and close business by collaborating with Account Executives to develop a strategic sales plan and outreach strategy
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of how the government operates, including procurement policies and procedures, and experience working with federal agencies and contractors
• Own the full Business Development process including daily lead generation, researching accounts, and scheduling calls with prospective clients
• Communicate the value proposition of our products to clients and document all relevant customer information and conversations into Salesforce
• Meet or exceed weekly metrics and quarterly KPI’s
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment with positive energy
