📋 Description

• Provide essential administrative and coordination support to help the marketing team achieve its outcome-based goals. • Organize and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar. • Track campaign timelines, deadlines, and deliverables. • Ensure alignment across internal teams. • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital assets). • Ensure all materials are accurate, branded correctly, and delivered on time. • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external partners. • Prepare meeting agendas and document notes. • Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups. • Maintain and update marketing databases. • Ensure customer and lead information is accurate and accessible. • Support targeted marketing initiatives with clean, organized data.
