• Support clients with urgent technical hiring needs and deliver IT/Tech hires. • Candidate generation, engagement, and delivery across the IT and Tech talent market. • Source, attract, and engage high-quality IT & Tech candidates across various industries. • Manage the full candidate lifecycle: from sourcing and qualification to offer management and onboarding. • Build and maintain strong candidate pools through proactive networking, headhunting, and market mapping. • Write engaging job adverts and candidate marketing content to attract top-tier talent. • Use recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS/CRM systems) to target active and passive candidates. • Provide candidates with career advice, industry insights, and guidance to position the company as a trusted partner. • Maintain accurate activity records and reporting in the ATS/CRM system.
• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house). • Strong knowledge of IT and Tech roles (e.g., Software Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data). • Proven candidate engagement and relationship-building skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. • Tech-savvy with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS/CRM systems. • Proactive self-starter, confident working independently and delivering results. • Ambitious and commercially aware with a passion for technology recruitment. • Desirable: Experience recruiting across multiple industries (Tech, Banking, Government, FMCG). • Desirable: Established candidate network in IT & Tech. • Desirable: Knowledge of emerging technology trends and skills in demand.
