📋 Description
• Lead the delivery of data and analytics products • Combine Product Ownership, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and healthcare/pharmacy domain expertise • Manage delivery of data, analytics, BI, or digital products • Engage stakeholders and engineer requirements
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Analytics Delivery, Data Product Management, or similar • Strong experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Health Insurance • Experience delivering data, analytics, BI, or digital products • Understanding of healthcare/pharmacy data, patient journeys, medication data, pharmacy operations, claims, and healthcare KPIs • Strong stakeholder management and requirements engineering skills • Experience with Agile/Scrum • Fluent English • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Data Warehouses/Data Lakes, Snowflake/Databricks, or cloud data platforms is desirable • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, ICD, RxNorm, NDC, or ATC is an advantage
