• Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare sales experience. • Experience in post-acute care sales is a plus, but not required. • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly within healthcare or related sectors, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets. • Experience in business development and account management within a regional or territory-based role. • Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand awareness. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence leadership at all levels. • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to motivate teams and drive regional initiatives forward. • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making.
