• Manage and expand existing customer accounts across the entire DACH region • Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers • Prepare proposals, price quotes, and contracts • Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in the CRM system • Conduct regular customer visits and represent Olyslager at industry events and trade shows • Develop a deep understanding of customers' challenges and translate them into business opportunities • Achieve regional sales targets related to revenue growth, order intake, and new customer acquisition
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales • Native German speaker with excellent written and spoken English • Experience in software, data services, automotive aftermarket, lubricants, or other value-added service industries • Proven success in account management and business development • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build long-term customer relationships • Analytical mindset with an interest in technology and data • Self-driven personality comfortable working in a remote environment • Highly self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented • Willingness to travel within the DACH region and to visit our offices in the Netherlands for 2–3 days per month • Preferred: experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions • Experience in the automotive aftermarket or lubricant industry • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools • Experience in an international sales environment
