• Lead and manage a high performing sales and business development team • Work with program management in our existing customers to broaden our opportunity pipeline • Penetrate fully new EW and Radar customers who can contribute to our ambitious growth goals • Craft strong relationships with complex customer project teams and various management levels • Forge new relationships with the cross functional organizations at potential customers • Display intimate knowledge of customers, market, and competitive landscape • Directly engage with customers to win incremental business through active business development • Manage the preparation of formal quotation packages to maximize profitable revenue growth
• BS in Engineering or related • Minimum of 10 years of direct work within the EW and Radar marketspace • Minimum of 5 years in strategic business development with a track record of successful captures within the EW and Radar market • Minimum 2 years in a leadership role • Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency to comply with ITAR/EAR requirements
