📋 Description

• Own lifecycle operations end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, milestone moments, community-building programs, and weekly company-wide meetings • Manage People-related vendor relationships, including SW, Nectar, Hexnode, and Net Universe • Maintain and optimize systems such as Deel, Nectar, Notion, and Google Drive • Design multi-step automations and oversee internal bots to scale operations • Define when Vivan interactions require an AI touch versus human support • Coordinate payroll and IT processes, including bonuses and quarterly payments • Manage IT logistics, including laptop shipping and cybersecurity compliance • Monitor talent-engagement signals and proactively address disengagement through improved processes and communication

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Exec, People, Marketing, Product Ops, or similar roles • Strong hands-on experience working with UI/UX is a huge plus • Daily use of AI as a core part of operations, including designing automations, analyzing data, and moving faster • Advanced Notion user able to architect a database • "Figure it out" mindset connecting existing tools into better workflows • Critical thinking and strong attention to detail • Excellent time management and structured communication • Ability to prioritize by impact and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders • Emotional maturity and ability to maintain boundaries while translating care for Vivans into well-run processes • Ability to work remotely across Latin America, specifically Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico
