• You manage the entire sales process — from initial contact and needs assessment to successful closing — and ensure clear, reliable communication with colleagues and customers • You convincingly present and sell our consultative services and software solutions at decision-maker level, appearing professional and confident • You proactively approach potential customers, strategically expand our network, and pursue your sales targets with persistence and a structured approach • You continuously monitor your sales market, analyze opportunities and potential, and derive well-founded decisions for your region • You maintain existing references and develop them further — sustainable and long-lasting customer relationships are a high priority for you • You perform market and competitor analyses and derive concrete measures to further develop our sales • You develop differentiated and effective sales strategies for various target groups and business types and implement them purposefully
• Experience in selling services in the B2B sector • Experience with complex, consultative software, platform, or IT services is desirable but not required • Training or experience in gastronomy or catering services and/or a well-maintained professional network in this sector are a strong advantage — a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification completes your profile • Process understanding of end-to-end operations in foodservice management — from menu planning through inventory management to service — you recognize how software can optimize these processes • Confident, persuasive demeanor with decision-makers at both specialist and management levels • Good understanding of technical relationships, data platforms, or software projects • Experience in project or solution sales • You hold a Class B driving license and enjoy traveling frequently
