📋 Description

• Provide high-level technical support for corporate platforms, ensuring availability and performance. • Respond promptly to internal client requests, logging and resolving them according to technical procedures. • Manage and keep the knowledge base up to date, reviewing documentation and proposing process improvements. • Triage, categorize, qualify and quantify service requests quickly and efficiently. • Coordinate with resolver teams to resolve and follow up on client requests. • Identify automation opportunities and develop or propose tools to address them. • Participate in security forums to help prevent cyberattacks and ensure compliance with LGPD. • Address security requirements for environments according to COBIT, ITIL and ISO. • Monitor technology trends and evaluate/recommend new solutions. • Perform systems analysis and proactive tuning. • Seek tools to automate root-cause discovery of incidents. • Discuss area indicators (KPIs) analytically and collaboratively. • Meet annual targets agreed with leadership. • Foster productive technical discussions within the team. • Promote systematic updates of legacy environments, involving internal stakeholders. • Participate in technical and contractual discussions with hardware and service vendors. • Propose improvements to the testing (QA) environment to optimize timelines and deliveries. • Support the technical development of junior analysts, apprentices and interns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields. • Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V or KVM. • Management of hosts, clusters, templates, snapshots and high availability (HA). • Knowledge of vMotion, Storage vMotion, DRS, vCenter and ESXi. • Administration of Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022). • Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO and WSUS. • Experience with PowerShell for task automation and scripting. • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Management of virtual machines in cloud environments. • Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and hybrid cloud architectures. • Experience with Azure AD, IAM and monitoring solutions. • Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, enterprise antivirus and server hardening. • Familiarity with frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL and NIST. • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
