📋 Description

• Full management of the submission process: platform configuration, definition of criteria with the scientific committee, and ongoing support for authors • Organization and allocation of submissions to reviewers, with active monitoring of deadlines and structured follow-up on outstanding items • Consolidation of review outcomes (accepted, rejected, highlighted) and issuance of the corresponding official communications • Support for assembling the scientific program for sessions dedicated to submitted works: posters, oral presentations, and awards • Review and standardization of approved content before inclusion in the event program • Monitoring of process indicators and preparation of status reports for leadership • Interface with logistics, technology, and production teams to ensure operational alignment during the event

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • Preferably experience with academic or scientific events • Experience in process management • Availability to travel and to work on-site at events • Intermediate English (reading and writing — required for managing international abstracts) • Intermediate Spanish (a plus)
