📋 Description

• Business Demand Management and Organization • Validate the charter submitted by Business areas, ensuring clarity of the problem, objectives, scope, KPIs and dependencies. • Break down the charter items into development epics, structuring the high-level backlog. • Ensure that all business artifacts are consistent before being handed over to the technical team (epics, functional stories, documents, rules, flows). • Prioritization Forums Facilitation • Organize and lead product and project prioritization meetings. • Communicate the epics prioritized by business management/directors to the technical team. • Facilitate discussions on feasibility, effort, risks and dependencies. • Align resource allocation and execution capacity with Technology, Data, Risk, Operations, Compliance and Channels management. • Architecture Governance and Refinement • Lead Architecture Panel meetings, ensuring the business reviews and refines its materials before technical work begins. • Ensure adequate inputs for the architect to create technical stories, estimates and refinements with the squad. • Coordinate alignment with the data representative to ensure modeling, integration and consumption requirements are clear. • Ongoing Engagement with Business Teams • Attend regular meetings with squads and Business areas. • Monitor progress across workstreams, mitigate risks and remove critical blockers. • Connect dependencies among workstreams to prevent bottlenecks between Business, Product, IT and partners. • Document Governance and Meeting Management • Prepare and publish meeting minutes of alignment sessions with owners, deadlines, risks and next steps. • Ensure all areas are updated on decisions and actions. • Keep the schedule current in Excel, Jira or another management tool. • Process and Operational Flow Management • Ensure adherence to Vivo Pay internal ceremonies (architecture, prioritization, compliance, risk). • Identify opportunities to improve flows between areas. • Propose optimizations that improve efficiency, standardization and predictability of deliveries.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in fintechs, digital banks, payment methods or companies regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen) is desirable. • Governance of demands between Business + Product + Technology teams. • Backlog management, epics, stories and agile rituals. • Facilitation of executive forums, prioritization and roadmap tracking. • Requirements documentation and interface with Solutions Architecture. • Management of dependencies between technical and non-technical areas.
