📋 Description

• Execute software license reconciliation processes, consumption monitoring and compliance analyses for major software vendors; • Review licensing agreements, identifying audit clauses, usage rules, contract amendments, licensing metrics and potential risks; • Promote license usage optimization, aiming to reduce costs and mitigate risks; • Conduct and support internal and external audits; • Use Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and software usage monitoring solutions to control and manage the environment; • Act as a strategic partner to technical and business areas; • Perform data analysis and spreadsheet manipulation to create comparative views, scenarios and executive summaries; • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields; • Desirable experience with Software Asset Management and IT Asset Management tools (ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow Software, USU, License Dashboard or similar); • Knowledge of licensing models from vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, VMware, Adobe, Autodesk, SAP, Red Hat, Broadcom and similar is a plus; • Must reside in the Greater São Paulo area; • Collaborative, proactive and organized profile with analytical skills and clear communication.
