📋 Description

• Responsible for ensuring excellence in the logistical journey of event guests • Manage all travel and accommodation operations • Negotiate and block hotel rooms, issue airline tickets, and manage rooming lists • Provide on-site support during events • Serve as the main point of contact for speakers and VIP guests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Tourism, Public Relations, Executive Secretariat, Events, or related fields • Previous experience in travel agencies, hotel operators, or corporate travel and events support • Comfortable with data management tools, spreadsheets, and booking/reservation platforms • Intermediate English • Availability to travel and work on-site at events
