• Contact and follow up with inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Understand customer issues related to Facebook and Instagram accounts. • Clearly explain available services and solutions in a professional and easy-to-understand manner. • Qualify leads and guide customers through the sales process. • Convert inquiries into paying customers. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities. • Build trust and rapport with customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution. • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer support, appointment setting, lead generation, or another client-facing role. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Comfortable handling phone-based conversations and overcoming objections. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand digital platform-related issues. • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
