• Initiate communication with individuals and organizations to arrange meetings and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers • Secure commitments from potential referral sources • Foster strong connections with customers and referral partners through regular interactions • Identify potential new customers and referral sources • Create and maintain sales route records • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with prospects • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner • Attend weekly sales meetings • Maintain customer contact database • Make group presentations to prospective organizations • Participate in trade, community, and networking organizations
