📋 Description

• You represent the (Flagship) Store Manager and support all operational matters to ensure the proper and smooth running of the respective branch. • You assist with the training and further development of employees, including coaching sales processes and teaching sales techniques. • You conduct sales activities in the store. • You support the development and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction and achieve commercial objectives. • You actively participate in the development and execution of sales-promoting (local) measures in coordination with the relevant interfaces. • You monitor staffing levels, including creating duty and vacation schedules for final approval by the Store Manager. • You actively use social media channels in line with the sales strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed commercial or business administration vocational training. • At least 2 years of professional experience in retail, telesales/telemarketing, or customer operations, ideally in the telecommunications industry. • Ideally, initial leadership experience. • Very good knowledge of telecommunications solutions. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies/techniques. • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 according to CEFR).
