📋 Description

• You are responsible as a (Senior) Account Manager with a focus on IT Solution Sales for selling customized, highly consultative products — both individual product components and complex solutions — to regional and national existing customers and new customers (acquisition) within a designated sales territory. • You analyze the sales territory in detail and qualify customer contacts. • You comprehensively and holistically assess new-customer potential and fully exploit existing-customer potential. • You significantly reduce the churn rate. • You independently carry out comprehensive needs analyses based on detailed process-cost and profitability analyses at customer sites. • You lead sales projects in the role of project manager. • You ensure long-term, forward-looking high visibility, effective account management, and customer loyalty to Vodafone in the respective territory. You provide targeted support to end users and help achieve company objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training as a minimum requirement; ideally a university degree. • 5–6 years of professional experience selling telecommunications, hardware, software or IT products (e.g., virtual PBX systems) as well as ICT solutions. • Solid technical knowledge and excellent expertise in fixed-line telephony and ICT solutions. • High degree of flexibility, self-initiative and assertiveness. • Goal orientation: ability to set and prioritize challenging objectives. • Focus: concentration on essentials and effective time and resource management. • German at native level and excellent spoken and written English (C2 CEFR).
