📋 Description

• You manage the member life cycle and make a significant contribution to achieving our ambitious goals. • You design initiatives and campaigns for member retention and reactivation and implement them independently. • You support our executive management in discussions with key accounts and potential member companies. • You organize the integration process for new members into Bitkom’s activities and services and contribute to their further development.

🎯 Requirements

• A successfully completed university degree – preferably with a focus on technology, social sciences, law, or economics • Initial professional experience in account management, sales, or event marketing, ideally in the services sector • Strong communication and persuasion skills – both written and verbal – and a confident, engaging presence in one-to-one conversations and in front of groups, in German and English • Enjoyment of networking, strong team skills, and empathy • Confident user of MS Office
