• As a Vertical Fixed Account Manager (m/f/d), you sell consultative fixed-line, UCC, cloud, and security products — including the Microsoft portfolio — by offering individual product components to business customers within your assigned accounts. • You provide comprehensive account management by working in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager / International Account Manager / Global Account Manager assigned to each customer. • You help develop customer-specific account plans by taking into account the customer potential relevant to solution business. • You analyze your customers and qualify contacts by assessing and acquiring new customer potential, maximizing existing customer value and reducing churn. • You conduct comprehensive, end-to-end needs analyses by preparing detailed process cost and profitability analyses for customers. • You support customers in analyzing requirements and developing customer-oriented solutions together with them. • You represent the department in internal committees and with partners to coordinate and implement process changes. • You advise customers with a 360° perspective, considering their overall business context and individual requirements.
• Preferably a Master's degree in communications engineering, computer science, business administration, or another relevant field. • At least 5 years of experience in key account management for multinational companies, preferably in solution sales in the fixed network and/or network security area. • Strong communication skills in German and English (at least B2 — negotiation level preferred, >C1/C2). • Experience identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-focused solutions in an international context. • Good understanding of IT and telco infrastructure and environments and their impact on customers' core business. • Industry knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in the automotive sector is a plus. • Knowledge in the development and operation of national and international voice and data applications, preferably with a technical sales background.
